Are the dates correct? Lost 7th December 2014 registered lost 14th January 2015?
Very similar looking dog handed in at Temple End Vets in High Wycombe today. She's posted on 'Lost and found pets in High Wycombe' facebook page. Sorry, I don't know how to put the link on but might be worth a look.
