Woo hoo! so glad you are home Jerry! I live in Honley not far from where Jerry wentmissing, have been looking out for her (even been shouting her name as I walked near woods!). Thought about her every day and so chuffed she is home. xx

Possible sighting today! There has been a potential sighting of Jerry today at about midday on the moors above Digley reservoir. Off the beaten track slightly above the reservoir someone spotted a beagle and began to follow it for about a mile down the valley towards the reservoir, then unfortunately he lost her.

Hi all, I have had a great response to the recent newspaper article. Please be aware that I have had several sightings near to the roaches lock in greenfield but this I am afraid is a male local beagle with a blue green collar and a tag it's seems to be loose quite a bit . So please be aware of this but please keep looking for Jerry!

Its been a few days since the last potential sighting of our dog jerry! Please keep looking out for her, she could well have covered some ground by now. We are desperate for some positive news. Substantial reward offered.

It was found that there is a male entire beagle that is a self walker in the Roaches Lock area so some sightings may have been him but not all of them. It wouldn't be the first time we had two dogs in the same area.

BUMPED - new possible sighting of a beagle between Holmfirth and New Mill, near the Sycamore Pub.

Also possible sightings near Roaches Lock, Mossley and mention of Lydgate, Oldham. Local people please be vigilant.

Possible sighting of Jerry near Tesco and Greenfield Station, Greenfield, Saddleworth. Greenfield is just down the canal from Meltham. Family have been notified and are on their way to the area. Fingers crossed.

I have to drive to Slaithwaite from Meltham and back twice a day, I keep looking and will continue to do so. I am also running to work in Milnsbridge via Slaithwaite and the canal so will be on the lookout then if still missing :(

Hi all, it looks like we may have had another sighting in Slaithwaite a taxi driver thinks he saw her in the road yesterday. Its difficult to confirm exactly but its a distinct possibility! please keep looking everyone! thanks Nick

Hi. I will be walking along the canal tomorrow morning 7.30 ish and will probably walk my dog rosie at deer hill in the afternoon so will keep an eye out. Hope to see you and jerry jogging along canal again soon.

Hi all this is Nick and Steph the owners been and checked all of he relevant kennels today with no luck then just been adding more posters and dropping of flyers on cars etc. We are also offering a substantial reward to anyone who finds Jerry. Her missing details have been posted on the NW DogLost fb group, I've left a comment asking owner to be alerted to messages being left on here. Recent sightings in Meltham and Slaithwaite.

Text owner last night. Still nothing. I will be going up to Meltham and towards Greenfield today to see if I can spot her. Fireworks will be making the whole situation worse at night because she is terrified of them. Fingers crossed for today.

I'm in greenfield/ saddleworth area that's just over the hill from Huddersfield..... The canal directly links slathwaite to diggle and mossley which is easily doable for any dog..... Could I suggest email alerts to OL2, 3 and 4 xx on the lookout down here and will put her poster up on the doglost wall at NAABTS training centre in greenfield xx

My daughter and I took our dogs for a walk up and down the canal this afternoon. Took a spare lead in the hope of spotting Jerry but no luck I'm afraid. We asked many people to keep an eye out and passed on the owners telephone number to contact should they spot her. It's now 4.10pm almost and its getting dark ... and its very cold. I hope to god she is found very soon.

My daughter spotted Jerry this morning on the canal walk in Slaithwaite ... I phoned owner so hopefully Jerry will be found safe and sound. She was wearing a black collar. She did not realise Jerry was lost as a man was near with three dogs off lead and she thought Jerry was with them.
