I have followed this up and this dog is definitely not Ruby - not microchipped and a long tail, I have been told that the person who found her is keeping her for now, she is not at the Dog Wardens.

That's what I thought as it's been a few weeks now ruby has been gone anything is possible x hope this wee one gets home to her owner xxxxxx

The more I look it could possibly be a very bedraggled Ruby who has escaped from thief, don't think so but possible - no answer from the Dog Warden tonight, have left message
