Made contact with the lady who was looking after Bo to see if she wanted to do another postering session. Had this message back tonight, fingers crossed! x

Hello, omg I've only just seen this cos I came to message you claire as I have had two phone calls in the last couple of hours! A possible sighting on Thursday evening on a farm on astley moss but she only just put two and two together and phoned me. Then two hours later I've just had a call from a friend who thinks she saw her on allotment road in cadishead (which is at the bottom of cadishead moss!) my other half sped straight up there and has been looking but he's just come home as it's pitch black :-(. Been trying to phone Emma as I thought the sound of her voice may help coax her out but can't get hold of her as yet. I will send her a message on here also xx

Possible sighting posted on FB:

Just seen a corgi terrier cross running across East Lancs by Carmill Dam .Unable to catch .

I have notified Bo's owners and they are going to head this way and poster the area and have a look round. Its approx 14 miles from where she was last seen, but that was 2 weeks ago now so theres a good chance it could be her. Got everything crossed x

Thanks millypod - will follow those up :)

We spent just over 5 hours out today, the house where Bo escaped from (New Moss Road), backs out onto the moss. After speaking to local people, Bo could easily make her way through the fields and over to the garden centre where she was last sighted. Its the ideal place for her to be hiding out, lots of places to shelter and she certainly wouldnt go hungry there! We headed to New Moss Road, postering and leafleting all the houses and farms - covered quite a big area. We spoke to local farmers, dog walkers, some girls at different stables, even managed to flag the postman down who covers the whole of the moss! We then made our way to the local train station and put some posters up there, stopped off at the local post office to give more leaflets out, local shops and the local dog grooming business, with finally stopping at Animals In Distress. Lots and lots of people now on the lookout - really hope we get that all important phone call soon :)

Big thank you to Jeanne for all your help today xx

If the garden centre won't allow you to put up posters will they allow you to leave leaflets say a5 size or even wallet size to make people aware, if not how about just putting leaflets under people car wipers. Or maybe if the centre complete
Y refuse if you stay on the other side of the gate pass leaflets to people as they visit the centre. Always good to let local vets and supermarkets too, and speak to postman too.

A couple of us are meeting at Bents Garden Centre this Saturday to have a big poster / leaflet drop, we want to cover as much of the area as possible. I have posters, leaflets and tape. Myself and another lovely lady called Jeanne are meeting at 7am, I realise thats very early - but if anyone spare spare an hour, or even half an hour a bit later on in the morning, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you x

Just been alerted to a possible sighting of Bo at 11am. The garden centre will not allow a poster up, so posters have been put all over lamp posts etc in that area. If you are in this area, please look out for her. Hope Bo is soon found safe x

Thanks it was outside bents garden center in glazebury. She was running all the roads then went on to the footpath on her way up to the greyhound pub x
