Ok, I am not sure how well you know the area, but a few places you could try if he has been picked up. Northiam Blue Cross Centre. Cinque Ports vet in Tenterden, Badgers Oak Vet in Northiam, and if he is not already on there then Animalwardens.co.uk.

Will try to find you the numbers for all of these but my computer is extremely slooow this morning. See how you get along with those and if nothing then I will print some posters off and come and put them up later.
