- Other Info Cleo is a romanian rescue, she has been in the UK since Feburary but only moved to the Oxford area a few months ago, she is quite timid but should come if food is offered. She has a tag with her name on and her old address in Swindon.

- Well I have walked with my dogs from Tackley across open land to the river and then traversed and crossed the canal at the lock into Kirtlington Quarry and back again (4 miles). No sign of her but saw other dog walkers in and around some who knew about her as missing as well. I think it's unlikely a timid dog would cross both the river and canal by swimming with the banks being sheer in both cases - unless Cleo is an avid swimmer? The only place to cross on foot is at the busy lock and there are inhabited canal boats all along plus the ones waiting to navigate the lock - I think she would be seen if came this way. Owner - please note one local said the poster could be put on the village website but it's not on there at the moment and I think I need to be a villager - there is also a Kirtlington facebook page but closed group. Well I tried and the dogs are tired now, hope she makes it home soon.
