Spayed females do nt tend to go too far, as they have a smaller territory. She may have wanted some "Me time" I would first of all try, and tempt her with some tasty treats, cook some chicken, or put sardines on her plate, and call her, whilst you tap it. Leave some of her bedding, which will have her scent on, along with the scent of the owner. Make sure she has not been locked in sheds, or garages, as cats are very curious aren`t thet? Put small "Lost" posters through doors too. Look behind hedges, as if she is an indoor cat, she may be frightened, and hiding. Keep us postedx
