- Have had a drive round the area and notified everyone I know who lives locally. Katia has been busy with FB etc. Spoke to the person who lost the Chihuahuas in Sutton. Apparently they have escaped before so not necessarily deliberately stolen although they may have been picked up and not returned as not chipped or tagged.

- There are a couple of traveller sites in Woodmansterne, not type casting but they do know a lot about what goes on in the area. Maybe post one outside the sites in Rectory Lane and Woodmansterne Street at the bottom of Croydon Lane xxx

- Just back from going out over the Downs, no sign of anything I'm afraid. Very few people out as pretty persistent drizzle, but still a few other dog walkers - spoke to a couple, but none had seen or heard anything. I'm sure it's on the agenda, but once it stops raining suggest getting posters out ASAP. There are lots of contractors around the Downs at the moment prepping for The Derby so may be worth trying to speak to foreman/supervisors to make them aware in case anyone is asking around trying to sell dogs. Will keep looking!
