I have had the dog thoroughly scanned for a microchip and there isn't one. We have wormed him and treated him for fleas, we have got him rehydrated and we are working on feeding him up, we have notified the Powys Warden but as it is a Bank Holiday weekend they are closed until Tuesday so we are keeping him with us and hope to locate his owner.
