The family that took the time to stop and take care of this lad in his moment of need have decided after looking after him for a week that they can offer him a forever home in an idilic countryside location. How wonderful is that. Some things are just meant to be.

Advise Police who will be able to review street CCTV and May be able to obtain registration number....videos at traffic lights are now almost standard so worth pursuing to bring those responsible to answer

I hope the police are informed. There is CCTV there,they could easily trace car. This dog may have been stolen.
