I have spoken to the owners tghis evening and a dog like Poppy has been spotted several times at the Newlands Park Campus about a mile or so away from where she was stolen. There is an adjacent site and the owners are trying to determine whether the dog comes from there. Contacts for Bucks/Chiltern DC will be passed to owners in the morning.

It has been brought to the attention of Doglost, that some people are using the Private Message facility to contact owners offering information on the whereabouts of their missing dogs. But they are requesting a monetary payment to supply such information. We can confirm that these people are using a foreign IP and are not from the UK. If you do receive a private message that concerns you, be cautious and contact Doglost immediately

I have just spoken to Poppy's owner: Poppy was taken in a split second from outside the newsagents on the corner of Chalfont Lane and Denham Way. She was taken by a boy who got into a silver car.

Our JR recovered from Maple Cross after being missing for almost 6 weeks. Will be passing through and keeping a lookout for this one. Hope to see her returned really soon. Regards

Owners aren't posting, but they are getting posters out and are offering a substantial reward. We dropped some more off into community-minded stores.

I have emailed Poppys poster to the rescue centres in the Herts area.You may want to contact them as often as you can as well.Also contact vets in the area and your local council warden just in case.I relly hope the little cutie is home soonx
