Liaising with a family friend that is acting on families behalf. With all the facts she has gathered and presented to police it is now a case of waiting for the officer dealing ( currently not on duty) to review all the facts.
I cannot see how with all these details that the situation will not be sorted and Kyza retuned to his OWNER. CJ

Kyza Is BLACK, But Has Brindle In Him From His Mum! And Yes A Staffy Not Sure Why it Says Different, I Must Of Clicked Wrong 1 From Being So Worked Up, To The Comment Hes Not Lost Or Stolen, Yes He Is Stolen, From Me I Had His Lead Wrapped Round My Wrist! And He Was Yanked And The Vile Bloke Ran Off I Had My 16 Month Old Daughter And Couldn't Do Nothing! 2 Years Ago My Mum Was Asked To Take This Dog In Due To The Old Owner ( 2 Months If That She Had Him)Not Bring Able To Feed Him Or Get Injections De Fleed Ect My Mum Took Hom In At 8 Weeks Old And We Have Had Him Since! My Mum Has Chipped Him He Is Upto Date With Jabs And Fleec Ect, My Mum Was Away On Holiday So There for A Lovely Fay Do Me And My Daughter Took Hom For A Walk! After 2 Years Of Not Seeing The Old Owner ( If That's What you Can Call Her) Boyfriend Who When Kyza Was With Her She Meet This Bloke And He Beat The Dog Another Reason Why She Asked My Mum To Have Him Appeared From No Were Shouting Being Aggressive In Front Of My Young Daughter, He Them Yanked The Lead Of my Wrist And Ran With Him! So There For I Would Say He Is "Lost" And " Stolen" We Are All Do Upset And Gutted Now As Even Though We Have Proof Hes Ours Because The Original Owner Is Saying Its Hers They Can't Do Nothing!! It's Disgusting!

He does look brown? Perhaps have a look on rescue helpers unite, under urgent poundie dogs. There are a few mastiff/mastiff crosses

Just to let eveyone know, this is a domestic situation. The police are aware and the local dog warden has just given me this information. The dog is not "lost" or "stolen" in the true sense.

Sorry to see that KYZA is missing.
  • If your dog is microchipped please let the microchip company know that your dog is missing and check that all details are up to date.
  • Owners targeted by a malicious hoaxer demanding money for the return of their dog should phone the police on 101 immediately and contact admin@doglost.co.uk
  • A photograph of your dog is essential for the website. If you have not already uploaded one, please do so by clicking on Update details. Alternatively you can email it to admin@doglost.co.uk quoting the dog's DogLost ID number: (55844)

  • If your dog is picked up and taken to rescue kennels, it can be legally re-homed after seven days. Visit rescue centres in person and do not rely on checking by phone alone. Other people may not recognise your dog by your description, so give them a DogLost poster.
