I really appreciate everyone still keepin an eye out for daisy. I can't begin to explain the hole that has been left in our lives by her absence. Would do anything to have her back with us. I've checked out the last 2 posts and choowie74 the post you made is very like Daisy but has more black markings around her nose and on her left ear than Daisy has. metaldog I have copied and pasted the link on your post but it's broken. Searched the facebook page and couldn't find anything that would relate to Daisy or see any pics that may have been her.
Thank you all again ❤️Last edited: 2015-03-14 00:21:35 by AToomey

Hello,

The dog we found appears quite young - around one year ish - and seems to be slimmer in terms of build but can't be quite sure from the photos how chunky Daisy is

Is she still missing? :-(

If someone has any knowledge of Daisy`s whereabouts then I appeal to you to contact her owners or Doglost; it will be treated in the strictest confidence. You may have bought a white Staffie, and may not have been aware she was possibly stolen. Daisy is DEAF, and really needs to be back with her family. Imagine if you had a family member who was deaf yes, Daisy is a family member, and someone took them away from you; how would you feel? If you have any suspicions as to the whereabouts of Daisy then please contact Doglost with any information. You will probably make a family very happy. Is it too much to ask? PLEASE HELP. THANK YOUX

I have spoken to Daisy's owner and Daisy wasn't wearing a tag with "I am deaf" written on it when she went missing so possibly not Daisy or somebody has found her and kept her....

Thank you Annacrickmore for this information, Daisy's owner has contacted the kennels to be told the dog has been reunited....
Could alerts be sent to the Gorleston area incase this is Daisy.

Hi, I found your dog around a week ago!
It was definitely her, she had a silver tag that said 'I am deaf' and a contact number, the number didn't work. A lady I was with took her to Great Yarmouth Police Station, they will be able to tell you which dog homes they work with!!!! She was running around loose at the top of Gorleston sea front.
Please let me know if you find her, she was happy and didn't seem frightened if that helps :)
Adele
Hope you find Daisy in good health.

Best of luck Adele

Sorry to see that DAISY is missing.
  • If your dog is microchipped please let the microchip company know that your dog is missing and check that all details are up to date.
  • Owners targeted by a malicious hoaxer demanding money for the return of their dog should phone the police on 101 immediately and contact admin@doglost.co.uk
  • A photograph of your dog is essential for the website. If you have not already uploaded one, please do so by clicking on Update details. Alternatively you can email it to admin@doglost.co.uk quoting the dog's DogLost ID number: (54965)
  • Obtain a missing poster by clicking on View poster above. Posters are very important so start postering now!
  • You will need to be logged in to upload photos, edit your dog's details, or add comments. You can add comments by clicking on Click here to add a comment.
  • Contact dog wardens, vets and local rescue centres, and in Scotland, the Police. Give a detailed description with any distinguishing marks/scars or send them a copy of your DogLost poster. You can find vets in your area here.
  • If your dog has been stolen inform the police immediately and obtain a crime reference number (CRN). Send an email to stolen@doglost.co.uk.
  • If your dog is picked up and taken to rescue kennels, it can be legally re-homed after seven days. Visit rescue centres in person and do not rely on checking by phone alone. Other people may not recognise your dog by your description, so give them a DogLost poster.
  • Keep us updated by keeping your dog's page up to date and check for posts from helpers who may have suggestions and possible matches or sightings
  • DogLost is free and anyone asking for money to find or return your dog is not volunteering for us. If you are concerned about an approach you have received, please email admin@doglost.co.uk
