- I suppose the only thing you can say is at least they were tied to tree where that person knew someone would find them!
I hope that if they are to be rehomed then they will remain together after what they have just experienced and must be totally confused - a home one minute and discarded in another. Sorry if I sound harsh but I get so angry when people do this and worse to any animal! - 2013-04-17 23:08

Please ensure that you notify your local Dog Warden and the local Police Station - in Scotland you MUST inform your local Police Station and if possible contact the Dog Warden also.
The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
