You've probably already thought of this, but could the person who stole Archie and Penny be someone you know or knew you both had the dogs? As they were stolen from different sights, it just seems such a coincidence.

The Big Issue office in Oxford is a small room behind St. Giles Church. Big issue vendors will look out for Archie all day, every day, give each and every one a poster. If you can, go to the Big Issue Office with as many posters/leaflets as you can produce and they will put them into the magazines for you. Don't forget the traffic wardens, they are on the streets every day. The very best of luck to you. Lucy
