Angela I am very sorry to read this - was off yesterday ill and just catching up - if you can let me know the location I have a contact at the council who may be able to help - If you call the street cleaning team they may have removed her body or email the location to me and I'll have a try on Monday (doglostbucks@ymail.com)

Unfortunately we have been told that Missy has been hit by a car and died at the scene. We have pinpointed the location but we have been unable to find her body and we don't know the details of the gentleman involved. A second person that stopped at the scene had seen your poster, which my daughter had put on her facebook page and shared with her friends. She confirmed that Missy was definitely deceased when she left the scene. I would like to thank you for all your help.

aww this girl looks so much like my boy
if she lives on a fairly large farm owner's need to check it thoroughly before presuming she's gone far, so many places to get stuck etc (always makes me think of cases like Digsby) :(

Just called the owner to request a photo and she is trying to find one but is not sure that she has any. I have asked her to send in a similar photo as a last resort. Missy is a farm dog and as she was let out with the other dogs in the morning they bolted off after a rabbit. Other dog returned home later and Missy has not been seen since. Owners have checked all known rabbit holes on the farm.
