- Have now managed to trace Buster, he was in Reading, called the vets in reading this morning, and the second vet i spoke to had had an email from someone wanting a price for having a dog called buster neutered, rottie cross, 6/7years old, so managed to get the name of the person, and five minutes later had a response to a Facebook appeal i did last night, and managed to speak to busters new owner

- He has said that the dog has been rehomed in the Reading area, ive got my doubts, i think the dog is possibly still in Cinderford, i think reading may be a red herring !!

- Thanks Mollychops, we spoke earlier about this, it is all in hand, and I have now managed to get the dogs microchip number, and have contacted the database, and it has been flagged up not to change address details without our consent. Its no good you getting in touch with the owner, as he has passed the dog on and will not give any details where the dog has gone, this is all in hand thanks
