- Other Info The 6 ft high Dog Pen must have been opened and then closed again, as there was no way for the dog to escape. The dog pen door was also bolted shut when the owner went to retrieve the dog to bring her inside, something a dog cannot do. So we have a feeling that she has been stolen. After 12 years of living with this dog, this is devastating for all family members. Please if you have any information about Sally, contact me A.S.A.P
