Whoopie..the other Beagle is back as a doglost helper registered her as found on doglost...just checked with owner and its a match...you Beagles are having a lucky time this week...AND wearing us out!

Great news...its been a good week for Beagles getting home...unfortunately have another one on the loose...but owner not replying to calls..will endeavour to get on site...all I know at the moment its an inner london number...

Having been involved in the search for blind Kip in Northumberland a few months ago I've been hoping and praying that there would be a good outcome to this. I'm so glad to hear that Ernie is now safely back home, what a clever little dog to find his way back to you all on his own.

Confirmed by owner that Ernie is home, safe and well. Clever boy found his way back at 4.00 this morning.

I am too far away to help but am sending special wishes and positive thoughts that Ernie is soon found safe and well. I imagine he will be hiding in undergrowth and very scared - does he have any doggy friends that could help out or a favourite toy preferrably with a squeak which he may recognise. I have spoken to Ernie's owner who has done all the right things. All authorities are aware, posters up and more being done tomorrow. Ernie is a very frightened little dog and is probably hiding in the woods by the golf course but will be getting hungry soon. If he is seen please do not scare him by running after him, keep a note of the contact number on you so that you can call familiar people, stay quiet and crouch low and keep an eye on where he goes.
