I have spoken to the owner and Moley went off with other dogs possible after a scent and the other dogs returned without him. It is possible that he went to ground, the owners have searched the area through and continue to do this daily. They have had trained terriers searching for him down rabbit holes but sadly nothing.
The Dog Warden, police and local vets in the area have been notified I have advised the owners to inform vets further a field and also to put an appeal out on the radio. Poster are up in the surrounding villages and more will be going up.
I have E-mailed contact numbers for Rescue Centres in the area.
Hopefully we will hear some news soon xx
