- I'm sorry, but I've said it before and I'll say it again and yes it is irresponsible, but this dog would still be alive if it hadn't been 'rescued'and taken in to kennels! it certainly doesn't encourage me to take a stray dog to a dog pound/centre......it's had 7 days for owners to try and find it and now it's dead! run free fella, sorry nobody could save you xxx
