I'm delighted to say that this old girl has been found and is safe...she was stuck in a bog...I don't know if she'd been there all the while, thank goodness it has been warm weather...anyway the main thing she is safe and well....a relief to all concerned.

It's still showing the same photograph though, no photograph would be better than that because it looks like a curly coated dog where as the Chinese Crested is almost hairless apart from mane, lower legs & tale. ( A powder puff, which this missing one isn't, has a long silky coat almost like a miniature Afghan).

I have been assured that the missing dog is a Chinese Crested (not a Powder Puff) Would it be possible for someone to take off this photograph and the words powder puff please, it isn't remotely like the dog we're looking for. She is almost hairless with a main of hair and tufts on tail and probably feet...if people are looking for a dog like this photograph they will never find her. You need a photograph of a normal Chinese Crested which is as I said, smooth coated with tufts!!! The one shown doesn't even look like a Chinese Crested at all...it will confuse people. Thanks!

I'm not sure where 'powder puff' came from - she isn't a Powder Puff, just a normal Chinese Crested. She is mahogany in body with blonde head, tail etc. She is not microchipped. Another additional contact number is 01239 698 354. As of 8.15pm she was still missing and owners and helpers are still out searching.
