Have spoken to RSPCA and explained the situation re owner due to their illness, passed contact number on for family member who will be the one picking Poppy up. She was found on Queens Drive. X

I particular took pics of Poppy as thought she looked like another dog on DL, but when I got home and checked on the missing ones page could see it was not.

LOL Small world who we both know, will update them tomorrow when I go to work. Glad Poppy will be back home with your mum soon and look forward to hopefully meeting up on the FREE Knowsley DW Microchipping event. x

Thanks Skippy. Poppy will be getting picked up tomorrow and chipped a.s.a.p. Chuffed to bits it is her, been a roller coaster of a night trying to get in touch with family. The more I looked at the pics kept thinking it does look like Poppy.

Look forward to hopefully getting a reunited photo.

Yes it is definitely her with that god awful green collar on haa - the thing is it had a tag on it with my mums telephone number on!!!! Wonder if it fell off or something! Strange

The photo/s I have are very similar to Poppy but there is more grey on the face and ears look like they are semi pricked. x

Rang number earlier this evening, no answer.

Family member has posted details on fb and I've taken the photo from there. When I was in Halewood RSPCA on Sunday I took a photo of an elderly dog in there will compare the pics. Will try and contact family again a.s.a.p. Info/advice was emailed to davescott the other night and friend request sent on fb. I've sent another friend request to family member who has posted details more recently. x
