Alfie has been taken to an out of hours holding kennel in South Charlton, nr Alnwick.
His owners are making arrangements to go and collect him.
Am so pleased this boy is safe

There have been no sightings of Alfie since he went missing. Owners have reported him missing to the dog warden services and will contact the holding kennels.
They are postering the area and hoping for a media appeal.
If found, Alfie must be reported to the dog warden as is required by LAW.
Hoping for some news of him very soon

I've tried Alexas animal rescue which is in that sort of area just in case Alfie has been taken there however there is no answer at present. I'm in meetings the rest of the day so won't be able to try again until later. The number is 01665 576677 if someone else can give her a try in the meantime.

We'll come to Alnmouth this evening to help look for Alfie but everything crossed that he is found before then.

hi all the help to find alfie would be great posters are going up today around this area all the vets know there hasnt been any sight of him so far. he knows this area inside and out as we have lived in alnmouth 14 years and he always goes out with my mums boy friend playing golf and follows along like last night and then he was just gone. its alnmouth golf course next to the old bus shelter at the beach car park. he would go to anyone play with children throwing sticks into the sea :/ am going to let the life boat people know aswell. sylvia your help would be great thank you everyone

Hopefully ALFIE will have been found by the time I can get to Anmouth this evening. Can we have more details on exactly where he was lost. e.g. Which golf course and does he know the area, favourite spots if he's local, etc..
