Posted by a friend of the owner. Chanel was taken for a walk by a friend of the oqwner who has been doing so for a while. There is confusion as to what happened next but he came back without her. Poster have been put up around the area but are being ripped down as fast as they go up. I have given advice, all authorities are aware that she is missing.
