Have had a look at the pictures - I don't think it is Charlie as this little fella is rough coated and has a half tail rather than a full dock
Can someone just check if this is Charlie Dog ID 36359? I think Charlie has less white on the nose area however sometimes photos can show white markings diffrently depending on the light. Been staring between the 2 photos for ages. Thanks.

have spread the word on facebook and my groups if struggling to rehome val of valgrays border collie rescue has offered to take him, dont know the proceedure from here help x
