West Highland White Terrier Dog found in the Rudheath area of northwich wearing a Brown Leather collar. Date found:6 June 2006 (advertised and picture on www.dogpages.org.uk)

Thank you! Its nice to see that people are still looking. We havn't seen or heard anything about Jock. We called the lady who had found the westie in her garden and she said that the dog was young about 18 months to 2 years old, but thank you anyway

hiya summer have you tried wallace kennels stondon massey nr ongar they get strays in there there number is 01277821032 good luck ! thinking of you im just in ongar and walk alot of fields will keep a eye out as i am for a couple on here best of luck xxxx

Thank you very much for your help, we are still looking! We are sending leaflets to all vets, groomers and pet shops in the area. we have upped the reward for the safe return of Jock to ? 1000 in the hope that we get him back soon.

Hiya, I really hope Jock is home soon, keep going, DO NOT GIVE UP!!!! Make sure all of your friends and relatives have posters in their cars, front doors, places of works, and any local shops and schools (i know the kids are on hols, but it is still worth a try). Try petrol stations and supermarkets as well. Keep checking the posters as well, as when my dog was lost, kids kept on tearing down the posters. Also make sure you poster anywhere that sells dog food ie Crown Corner (That's near you I think). Good luck and don't give up hope. I'm about 3/4 of an hour away, but will keep my eye out and check the posters I have put up. Becci xx

Jock is my dog, and i am absolutely devastated. It has been 3 weeks today, although i am not losing hope! Thank you for your help so far and hopefully we will get him back soon!!!!Any more help you could give us would be great as we are runnning out of ideas.

I have spoken to Jocks owner this morning, and I have just spoke to the pound. The pound have tried to check for the scarring unfortunately the dog became quiet aggressive and they were unable to check properly. They will try and calm the dog and look again a little later. But this dog is definitely young - his coat has not matured yet.

I'll contact my cousin who runs Norton Heath Equestrian Centre in Blackmoor incase anyone sees a westie either alone or if it jogs anyones' memory!! A photo would really help as the poster isn't very eye-catching without a photo. I'm sure Julia would be happy to put one up on the notice board there.
