- Just had a text from Patrick and am so very pleased to report that after a lot of hard work he tracked down the thieves and Purdey is now safely home where she belongs. She is absoloutely fine. Well done Patrick and welcome home Purdey.

- Have seen lots of posters up and have told all my contacts in the area. Did she escape from house/garden or lost on a walk? Sorry, referred to her as he earlier.Any sightings at all??? Have you been into the school on Sherrick Green Rd, lots of local contacts there and kids love to help, maybe the head can make an announcement?

- Hi, any more details of circumstances? I am a dogwalker in the area and will spread the word. Most important is to poster EVERYWHERE, make Purdey too hot to handle in case he falls into the wrong hands. Our Dog Warden is great so ensure she know, and of course all vets, Mayhew Animal Home etc. Talk to streetcleaners, postmen, cabbies in area. Also keep an eye on gumtree in case he's advertised for sale. Good luck, hope he's home soon.
