Message from the owner who is having difficulty logging into doglost: We've done everything you suggested. There are posters all round the Tallaght area, including the post offices and sorting offices. There were ads in the local paper last week, and there will be an ad in a national Irish newspaper this week. Garda, dog wardens and pounds, all local vets, the rangers in the Dublin Mountains national park (Cuddy did grouse counting for them this year), all Dublin road workers etc have all been alerted. Information was circulated at the Swords Show. A garda who is the son of a field trialler and knows our dogs and has good contacts with travellers has visited all the travellers camps around Dublin and Cuddy is not in their hands, travellers have promised to turn the dog in if they know where he is. I'm hoping Dog World will give him coverage this week. We just cant think of anything more we can do. He is such a striking dog that people would notice him. The kind of dog that if you walk down the road with him on a lead people stop and turn round for another look or talk to you. His sire is Irish Annual Champion 2004, a very beautiful dog and Cuddy is very much like his dad, just slightly taller. Thats why its so strange there have been no sightings of him since the afternoon he went missing, other than having been seen outside the local school at Tallaght soon after he got out. Thanks for your help Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
