THANK YOU THANK YOU to all those who helped us locate and catch Teddy. Sue and Ruth thank you for your support. He is now safely reunited with his foster carer and seems relatively unphased by his ordeal unlike us! Posters really really helped, good number of vols out responding to sightings and a mass of cheese and hotdog sauages!

Poor boy, what's the advice for people if they see him then? I have people going over today to help. Will the warden or someone be setting a trap instead? Stay safe.

Was out at 7.15 handing out flyers to workmen/building contractors arriving for work and also going door to door around the area where he was seen by children last night i.e. behind The Poplars, Brize Avenue off Thatcham, Kingsway. Also walked the path which runs between the line of poplar trees and the railway line. Very quiet and there is a pond/stream there. Postered Kingsway Primary School and any unpostered dog bins I saw. Going over later to flyer Naas Lane and more of Kingsway estate. Is there a reward out for Teddy? This might help. Last edited: 2011-03-28 10:35:49 by Pod

going over sometime today to help in the search, please if people see him do not try to grab him as this will make him worse, well meaning people are chaseing him and trying to grab him making him more scared....

Thanks Angus, have added to contacts just in case but have also checked spam box and nothing there, I used to get the emails but haven't for a a year or so :-(
Have spread the word about latest sighting...stay safe Teddy.

Teddy was spotted by the Holiday Inn in Quedgeley at 4am. If anyone is in the area and can help us try and catch him please could you let us know..
Pod
Teddy seems to be staying in the area near where he was lost i.e. close to Quedgeley. There have been sightings from The Pilot Inn, on the canal in Hardwicke, on the towpaths on both sides of the canal at Rea Bridge and Sims bridge, from Naas Lane at the Quedgeley Wanderers football club, and many from the KINGSWAY ESTATE, which is a huge, new estate between the A38 and the railway line, specifically along a line of tall poplar trees behind which houses are still being built and which is a wasteland/building site. Please tell anyone you know in Hardwicke or Quedgeley that Teddy is missing...

There have been 2 sightings of Teddy today. At 11am he was spotted coming out of "The Kingsway", which I understand is a housing estate, heading in the direction of McDonalds. I think the second sighting was in Naas Lane, but will update when I know more. Volunteers have been out all day postering and looking for him. Last edited: 2011-03-27 16:28:46 by Ernie
