Thank you Bairnr,just had a phone call from the owner to say that Poppy has been found.He had put posters up everywhere today and this evening he got a response, from someone a few streets away who had Poppy. Posters did their work. Welcome home Poppy.She is going to be getting a microchip now.

I spoke with the owner earlier as I'm in this area. Owner advised that Poppy slipped her lead from the Skene Street area in Bonnybridge. Poppy is also in season at the moment. She has disappeared previously and was found in the neighbouring village of Longcroft. I will print off posters and post in the FK1 area and at Vets too.
