There is another yellow lab in LCDH - he was picked up in Salford I think - now up for rehoming - they are calling him Bruno. He is described as 8 years old, and now looks older than Max's original picture, but he has a pink nose with black edges.

The found on LCDH is female!

I have also had a text from Max's owner to let me know that they never found him, also during the time Max went missing his owner gave birth to twins so put all there energy into their new family.

I have asked if they could let me know if they are still looking for Max, he could of been found and rehomed since he went missing.

I've tried quite a few times to ring owner and there is no answer, also sent texts.

I was liaising with the AW's and staff at MDH it is not 100% clear if it was Max that was found by the AW's. Will keep trying to contact his family for an update. Jan x

Just got off the phone to his owner, he has been taken to MDH and hopefully he will be CHIPPED before going home, have also advised about getting him NEUTERED and to ask MDH about this as they were only charging £45.00 which is great. Look forward to moving Max into the BLUE tomorrow and family are very lucky once again for him to have been found so quickly. Jan x

It is Max that is on the AW site but owner has not got him back yet, will update when he is home, which could be tomorrow.

Spoken to owner, who is out at the moment and passed the details of the found one. They have registered Max with the AW's today and have been checking the site, he has not been put as missing on the site yet. The found does look promising. Have strongly advised he gets CHIPPED as soon as they get him back and before they take him from kennels if he is handed in. Jan x

Male, golden labrador found today in Sale, Manchester M33 on AW site ref 231063. Its only a few miles away.

Had a text from Max's owner. He was reunited via his finder seeing him on DL and they were able to make contact with his family. Max will be getting CHIPPED a.s.a.p. This emphasis the importance of supplying photo/s when registering details on here.
