- unfortunately the man who phoned me yesterday went to identify the dog and found that it WAS NOT his dog.i found this very sad for him as he has lost his dog and a shame for the little dog i rescued that no one has claimed.hopefully someone will come forward soon.

- a man phoned me this evening saying he thought that this was definetely his dog by the description given.he even said the collar description matched.i told him to contact carmarthenshire county council asap.he explained that he was from a different town so couldnt understand how his dog had ended up in llanelli he said the dog was a family pet and is an indoor dog which explains why the dog had no road sense.he said the dog might have actually been stolen and dissapeared saturday afternoon.a day before i found it in llanelli.i really hope he and his dog are reunited soon. the dog is being sheltered by the council the owner will need to phone 01267 234567 within 7 days or the dog will be rehomed.from mel.Last edited: 2010-06-30 16:53:52 by mel

- this dog has now been handed over to the dog warden as it was growling and trying to bite and i have 2 children so i couldnt keep it here any longer as the owner has made no contact through the police or council.the owner must contact carmarthenshire county council to have the dog returned.
