Sorry to see Snowball is missing. Please make sure you contact Westend Kennels 01449 737641 , this is the pound for any strays picked up in Colchester. If possible visit in person and get a poster with a photo of Snowball over to them. Also, if not done so already contact the local council, vets, kennels etc and alert the chip company that Snowball is missing, at the same time checking all the contact details they have for you are correct. Hopefully Snowball has been picked up and taken in over the weekend and come Monday when normal office hours finders will contact council. However, in the meantime get posters up all around the local area. They can be downloaded here from Snowball's page - you will need to register (see left hand side) and log in before you can download a poster (poster link at the top of Snowball's page, just above where all his info starts). How did she go missing?
