- I have emailed owner list of 'what to do if your dog goes missing'. Information from owner on who has been contacted: vets and left a message with dog warden / council. - MISSING ? BLACK LAB FROM CO10 area. (Essex Suffolk Borders) STOUT went missing 20/01/10 at around 8 am. He is a fine built black lab and is 1 ? years old. He was sighted at approx 9 am close to the main Halstead Sudbury road. He is castrated. He was not wearing a collar BUT is chipped. Please call his owners on 07788577299 if you have any info.
