Sadly Bailey has been found and now at rainbow bridge,Im sorry for   owners to have this sad  closure. Thanks Jane,   Sadly we have just found Bailey - he was in the garden next door. It looks like he died suddenly - perhaps a heart attack from running out from a warm house into the cold chasing after a fox.   Kind regards, NikLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Hi I?m sorry to hear BAILEY is missing.
Firstly contact dog wardens, vets and local rescue centres?local council stray dogs holding kennel give them all a detailed description of your dog with any distinguishing marks/scars.., email admin@doglost.co.uk with a photo please if you haven?t already.
You can only print posters when you are signed in.
Get postering now?..as quickly and as many as you can physically manage. make sure you offer a reward on the posters.
POSTER POSTER POSTER!!!?I cannot emphasize how important this is, from the posters you will get sightings and lots of extra pairs of eyes looking out for your dog.
Poster bus stops, train stations, supermarket/retail park car parks, pet shops petrol stations,    ask in as many places as you can if they will display a poster for you.
Tell postman and binmen and give them a poster so they have your phone no handy? infact tell every single person you meet while searching as the more people know the much better chance of getting your dog back quickly.
Contact the local newspaper and radio stations? take out an advert with a photo in the papers pets section lost and found and make sure you offer a reward!.
keep going back to the place where your dog was last seen and leave something with their scent on it there. Good luck xx
