- I spoke to Roxy's owner who is recovering in hospital having had a throat op. She gave me another phone number of a friend who is dealing with Roxy. Spoke to Mrs Murad who apparently has found the owner of the jack russell she had found. I asked her if she had had the bitch checked for a microchip and she hadn't but said she had witheld some info about the dog and the owner could confirm the info! Although she did say the little dog wasn't overjoyed to see its owner. I wish others could see the photo in the paper as it really is Roxy's double. - Too late to contact the owners tonight as its 11.50, but will phone owners in the morning. In our local paper (Walton and Weybridge Surrey Herald) there is an article about a Jack Russell bitch which was rescued from a road in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey, on Nov. 6th. There is a photo of her and if its not Roxy its her double. The article describes the dog as mainly white, with two black spots on her body. She is also described as being approx. 2 years old and they believe her name must has an 'S' in it as she seems to respond to this! The lady who is at present looking after her is Mrs Murad on 10932 226346. I hate to raise your hopes but the picture of the dog certainly has the same facial markings!! - ROXY Tri coloured Terrier Jack Russell, 2 years Bitch - Missing from RG17 since 5/11/2004 Small with a long back. Mostly white with black patches on back. Black head, brown around eyes, has distinctive white stripe down nose. Docked tail. Missing from Lambourne, Berks on 5th Nov. Chipped.
