Sandy has been struck by a car in the last hour and has fled the scene.
He is wearing a muzzle and dragging a lead behind him.
If you can help at all, he may be concussed so may have gone to ground. Ring

Sandy is Saluki x grey. Tan in colour. His picture can be seen here. He is
quite timid.
