Definitely need to poster where they have been taken down. Maybe someone has taken her in and wants to keep her, or it's just someone horrible. I'm getting over flu at the moment but may be ok next week to help with posters or posting leaflets through letterboxes. Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

There have been no sightings or further news of little Poppy  at all which is very concerning. Her minders have been out searching, checking with stray kennels and have put posters up some of which KEEP being taken down !!! DOGGY.LOVER if you are local any help you could give would be wonderful. If you would like to contact me my number is 07960968339 When Poppy ran off she ran back in the direction she had just walked from and if she had kept to this same route would have ended up by a playingfied on an estate. I feel its possible someone there may have picked her up and kept her and this area needs to be blitzed with posters and if possible a door to door campaign. Most local people know that Poppy is missing but someone HAD to have seen something on the day she ran off !! My partner is ill at the moment but once he is feeling better we will travel over to help some more. x PamLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Poppy's minders have managed to find a recent photo of her and will be able to scan it tomorrow and email it to admin. ~  PamLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Bumped due to two possible SIGHTINGS of Poppy in fields which are near to the dirction she was last seen to run off to. Her minders have been walking this area and  I have advised to leave some food and some of her bedding there. They are also able to gain access to her owners home tonight so that they can check for any phone messages which may have been left if Poppy has been picked up and scanned. There has been no word of Poppy to date and her minders have checked with local stray kennels and dog wardens to check no one has phoned to say they have found her. Some posters have been put up but more must be done. Unfortunately they have been unable to text us the photo they have of Poppy as it is on an old phone and they just cant make it send a photo out. We are setting out now to search the area she ran off in x PamLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Poppys minders have a photo of her on a mobile phone and will try to send it over to admin this evening. PamLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

I have spoken to Poppy's minders this evening ,explained the 7 day riule and advised that they MUST POSTER as much as possible and keep checking with the dog warden and stray kennels. It is even more vital that they do this as although Poppy is microchipped her owner is away. The area Poppy ran off in is at least 7 miles from where she lives so its unlikely she will be able to make her way home. Hopefully someone will have taken her in this afternoon and will phone the dog warden tomorrow morning.Pam    Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
