Just had the phone call I've been waiting for! King is home, he was seen today in some woods so the owner took her other dog up to there and let him off the lead and he started playing with King. Then recognised his mum and a very happy reunion took place. Welcome home King, you stay safe from now on no more walkabouts xxx  Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

I'm the "friend in Etling Green".  Still looking everywhere as I walk my dogs.  Postering and publicity is excellent and everybody I've spoken to is aware of him, so if he's still in this area I'm sure whoever spots him will know what to do.  I'll keep on searching ... come on King, time to go home now...

There has been several sightings of King in the area he went missing. Bronwen has followed up every lead from the many posters that have been displayed. Seems that King is staying in the area as it is very quiet and rural . Again I must say PLEASE DO NOT APPROACH HIM PLEASE RING THE NUMBER ON THE POSTERS.I have advised how to act if King is seen close by, crouch low , no eye contact etc. and have E-mailed scenting information.Come on King time to come home xxxLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

I have a friend at Etling Green who is on the lookout for him, she had a flyer through her door. She has made sure her neighbours are also aware. I am going to take a couple of posters to a local agility show tomorrow. I hope you get your boy back soon.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

A customer has told me it was on Radion Norfolk a couple of days ago that there was a greyhound running loose near the A47 at Etling Green, which is just outside Dereham.  Hope they find him soon.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Have spoken to Bronwen the person who has logged King as missing (not the owner). She is a volunteer for Kerry Greyhounds. King went missing about 3 miles from home at a place called Neatherd Moor which is open land. King is VERY TIMID PLEASE DO NOT APPROACH HIM. The area has been postered heavily and there is a market on tomorrow at Dereham where flyers will be handed out. Dog wardens have been contacted and adverts have been placed in all local papers, also the radio stations are putting out alerts daily. I will be sending list of Norfolk Vets and Rescue centres, also general information sheet and postering guidelines. Stay safe King until you are found xxxLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
