Misty was such a fiesty , clever little dog , Mollychops and I had the pleasure of meeting her & I remember she wasnt impressed with us at all LOL, which I believe saved her, as she had such sprit !

I hope that Susan, the lady who found Misty on the M4 - 6yrs ago, still looks on DogLost and sees that she gave Ethel and Misty 6yrs of happiness together by her wonderful actions. Run free dear Misty.

It seems as all the local papers, that Ethel advertised her missing in want to do a peice on her incrediable story. Im pleased about this, as It will warn others and raise profile again of Dog Lost. DL is also in the Daily Telegraph weekend section tomorrow folks!

Went and saw her to-night it is unbleavable but she has been re-united with her owner a fantastic reunion , thanks so much to her finders who took the trouble to look on doglost and bring her home Xxx
Shame someone had to take an elderly owners little dog and dumped/lost her probably at the Chievely Services, Newbury, she was actualy seen near by on the M4 Hard shoulder by the very kind finder(s) who were traveling by and noticed a little dog she stopped & alerted the fab Traffic Officers who eventualy located her in near by bushes.She was wearing a new pink Diamonte collar that someone must have newly bought & put on her, Newbury is about 38 miles away from her home.
She is ok & very gorgeous & is a very resiliant little dog xxx

Really really pleased to see this very lucky little girl is now back at home safe and sound.  Very well done to the very sensible finder - she sounds like she's destined to be a DogLost helper - and very well done Mollychops and Reynard for all your efforts.  I think Misty and Ethel will sleep a little easier tonight.  PS can Misty have a chip as a welcome home present please?

Fantastic news!! Misty has been reuinited with her owner, Ethel. Susan the wonderful lady who found her on the motorway, has been incredibly kind tonight, and brought her home to Ethel. Me and Reynard called in to meet Misty and catch up on the news. Ethel is over the moon, and in a bit of  shock as we all are. This is one lucky, lucky dog!! She must have been picked up locally to find herself in this terrible situation.There will be a reunited picture going on here soon from Reynard. We took some lovely pictures of this happy little dog , safely back with her owner.Ethel has given Dog Lost a donation, and is so grateful from everyones support. I just want to thank Susan the finder, who went to the trouble of checking on DL, and bringing Misty home to Ethel. Welcome home Misty XX

 Just got up at 11.30 as one of the dogs wanted to go out and just read a text from Majorjet, to say possibly this dog had been found!!. rang the finder, a fabulous lady who said this dog had been picked up yesterday, on the M4!! .Finder looked on our web site, and is convinced its her!! She then contacted owner . Finder has contacted owner, and is bringing her back to Gloucestershire to the owner tomorrow. Im so hoping its her, apparantly she responded to her name too! 22.50 p.m.  Edited email in Admin: I believe I might have found the little dog ID 19990, Tibetan Spaniel.    She is fine and doing well (getting on very well with my dog!).  She was found on the hard shoulder of the M4 near Chievely services.  Please let me know how to get in contact so I can confirm whether she is indeed this lady's dog.  Please would you send e-mails to both this address and the cc address above. Shame it was not her Mollychops, at least the whole town knows she is missing now as you have been burning shoe leather trying to find the shop and been putting up 100's of posters on your way!

Owner has contacted the lady with the possible sighting, and sadly its not her dog. lots of papers are doing articles at the end of this week , lets hope this brings some fresh news

We have spent the last few days postering and owner has been in town handing out fliers to people and shops, she is a great lady, in her eighties and doggedly determined to do everything she can to get her little girl back.  No news yet, nothing as a result of the article in the local paper. I have spent a lot of the weekend combing fields and hedgerows for her. Nothing. I did find a loose Shetland pony though, and managed to reunite with its owner!

This girl is in the local paper today, a good article by the Standard, and colour pic too. We have been postering non stop since Sunday, now going door to door with flyers too[Cheers Reynard! x]Owner has left herbedding in the front porch, in case she comes home, Off again tonight to search some local woods and open fields.

Possible sighting in a road nearby on the day after she went missing. The area has now been fairly well covered in posters, Her owner is distraught and fears her  dog may well have been picked up. We doing loads more posters today and broadening the area.

Thanks for doing this Aunt Steph. Iv done 200 posters, and started postering in the cul de sac where she went missing from, then moving out to a larger area. The owner lives between 2 main roads, I did ask her to contact the highways dept.She is in all local papers later on this week. Owner is ringing around everywhere she can think of. I wish there were some more helpers locally to poster.

molly chops, it would be worth ringing the oak and furrow wildlife rescue as this dog is lost in cirencester they are brilliant and maybe the ambulance drivers can keep an eye out for her they can also tell their visitors... worth a try...

This dog went missing from out of the front door in Stratton, Cirencester, last week. She has a disc but no chip. Owner is an elderley lady who is missing her very much. Owners neice from Essex put her on here, and Ive requested a photo soonest and will start postering. They have already done all the right things, Police DwS etc local vets and rescue centres. There has been no sightings, so perhaps someone has taken her in. Ive stressed the importance of postering, and making everyone aware. Owner requests no name on here.
