Thanks Pete words are not enough for what you have done in finding Pippa :) Wish all dog wardens were like you, in going that extra mile, many do but would be great if they all did and that is the same for the police.

GREAT to see such happy owners reunited with such a happy dog. I will be helping the police with their enquiries as to who had the dog... :-) Everyone should have their dog microchipped- this is the proof!  Also, all dog owners should have their local Dog Wardens number in their mobile!  We are here to help. Pippa is HOME!!!!
Thank you so much to everyone, we've had so much support i can't begin to explain.
Its my fiance's birthday today, what better birthday present than our baby back.
She was found in Guildford and returned to us via the local Dog warden who has been so much help all along.
She is well, bit fat so clearly been fed.  But healthy,very pleased to see her mum and dad.
Happy happy days!!!!!!!!!!!!

No i'm afraid not. However it is worth bringing to your attention that we have had a report of some men praying on lone women dog walkers in our area in a red van.  Witness said it was a red van that picked pippa up too.  Please warn women in particular not to go out alone.  A lady emailed me yesterday and said she was approached in the woods by men in a red van asking questions about the two dogs she was walking.  Its vital that we get a make, model of van and reg number if anyone else is approached. Police are not yet linking the dog thefts in our area together, its important that any new developements are linked to the existing cases.

Email from owner :she was stolen on thursday 25th June 09, from outside our house.  My partner was building in the front garden, she was laid on the step sleeping in the sun, he went in for no more than 2 mins and came out she was gone, as he walked to the end of the path and whistled for her and man passing by said he had just seen two men putting her in a car, when he chased up the street they had gone.  She was wearing a collar with a phone number round her neck so if they thought she was lost or stray she could have been returned very easily.  So we know they wanted her. :(
Can anyone help find poor Pippa please?
