Thanks Cora for the update.  Now you have him home take a photo of him as he is clipped at the moment and then you will have one of him clipped and unclipped.  Hopefully you will not have to go through this again.  Give your boy a big hug and cuddle from everyone on DL.  Jan x

e mail from owner: Dear all at Dog Lost, Thank you all so much for your persistence and support.  Beanie was delivered this morning all safe and sound.  He seemed a bit nervous but only took a second or so to be himself again...he?s happy to be with his brother and sister (doggies) at home and is very happy to see his mommy (me of course) Again, if it weren?t for the endless hours of phone calls and the bond you all made with me I don?t think I would have made it through at all this weekend.  The networks you have established and all the love in your hearts helped me and Beanie get re-united again.  Love to and a BIG THANKS. Have pleasure in reuniting Beanie properly.  He is now HOME and back with his family.  Owner rang this morning but we kept missing each other as I am in work. Finally caught up to the brilliant news. Woo hoo welcome home Beanie great to see you in the BLUE.  A big THANK YOU to the neighbour who found him.   His family and everyone else can relax now.  Jan x

Battersea dogs home has just called after speaking to owner. They say they dont have the licence for stray dogs for that area and even they can get nothing on SDK and do not know where the kennels is.

Owner knows who has picked him up but not where he has been taken to, local Council is closed until after BH, going to try Battersea later today hopefully he is there. His details are registered with Battersea.  Jan x

According to their website, the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead council use a company called SDK Environmental to undertake their animal welfare work (0845 130 8621). Not sure if they'll be answering their phones over the bank holiday, but might be worth calling to see if can find out what rescue centre(s) they use.

Just had a phone call from one very happy owner Beanie has been picked up, not sure of the full details will speak to owner when she gets home and clarify exactly where Beanie is, he is not home yet.  A neighbour had found him.  Great to know he is somewhere safe until his owner can pick him up.  Jan x
