As you can imagine her family are utterly beside themselves… broken ….

***Pupdate Story***
Yet another dog found abandoned in some woods, this time in Harrogate was this gorgeous Doberman. The finder brought her back to Leeds and reported her to our service. We made the Harrogate Dog Warden Service aware that she was with us, and they were happy for us to kennel her and arrange her aftercare if not claimed.
As can be seen from the photos, she has a severe skin condition that requires ongoing and regular medicated baths.
With an unregistered foreign microchip we were unable to trace an owner and nobody came forward to claim her.
So once her 7 days were completed a call was placed with HYPS - Helping Yorkshire Poundies, and they immediately said yes to taking this beauty on.
Despite her condition India, as she has been named is happy girl who despite of being let down in the past, loves to make friends with everyone. Her treatment is ongoing, but we are sure it won't be long before this girl is snapped up and living her best life!

It has been 3 weeks Since Hesther went missing while on a walk with her owner at Ridgeway S12 3YA - after intensive ground and drone searches there has been no sign of her except sporadic possible sightings all of which have been followed up.
Whilst we believe she could still be out there trying to find her way home which the possible sightings suggest, we also have to consider that she may have been found and kept, this is called theft by finding and is a criminal offence.
The police are aware -
Police CRN Derbyshire - 433-27062022
South Yorkshire police - 20220607 - 0126
She is spayed - she is chipped - she is old and not in good health -
Paul Williams is now offering a finders fee of £2000 for her return or information that leads to her safe return -
The last viable possible sighting was around the S20 area -

Hester has been missing from Ridgeway, Sheffield since Monday 6th June 2022

Please if you are walking in the area or surrounding vicinities keep a look out for her

Her owners are beside themselves with worry

She is quite timid and may not approach you but she is friendly
