spencer's owner has been informed thanks. Unfortunately only discovered this web site after handing the dog over to dog warden so haven't got a pic. Looked similar to Spencer but I think he was a bit older than 3 years? Now in Manchester Dogs Home. Hope his owner comes forward soon. I have informed local vets /animal shelters etc.
