My brothers car was stolen in the EN2 area this afternoon from a garage. His French Bulldog Oscar was in the car. The car later turned up in the EN1 area with no Oscar. His seatbelt and all other valuables were stolen.
All we care about right now is the return of Oscar and there will be a reward for his safe return or for information that leads to his safe return.
