Hi there. I picked up a brindle greyhound with white chest, young and not microchipped today. He was near a gypsy sit. Is your dog still missing? If so I will send a pic. Tara

Owner, so sorry to hear dear 'Beau' is missing. Our greyhound 'Ranger' went missing a week before Christmas, and with constant leafleting, posters, Search parties, Dog Lost etc, we were reunited with him on Christmas Eve. Have you contacted the local Police, Greyhound Rescue, Battersea Dogs Home, local Vets etc. I'm sure and pray 'Beau' will be found. 'Beau' is likely to be circling in one particular area as this is what 'Greys' do. She may also be lying low for a while as she may be disorientated. Please keep us posted and if you need help, please let me know and my husband and I willl be more than happy to help. xxxx

As said - poster everywhere like crazy!!  If he has not been found by the weekend - I will try to find time to help look for him over Shirley Common - I live in Chandlers Ford which is close by.  I can bring my greyhound too - if he likes other greys?  Will follow this closely over the week.  Good luck - I hope he is found soon.

Owner, sorry to see Beau is missing.  Thanks for registering his detail to DL, we will do all we can to help you in your search.  Great you have uploaded photo/s of him.  You need to poster poster poster the area as much as possible, we cannot stress enough the importance of the postering.  Posters can be printed by selecting Dog Poster 1 just above Dog Information (you must be logged in).    Contact DW's, rescues, vets and leave a poster (you can find vets in the area by clicking on the logo right hand side just underneath Latest Missing photo).  Dogs can be rehomed after 7 days, try and visit rescues do not rely on phone calls alone.   Is he TATTOOED? Please update us on who has been contacted i.e. DW's etc and if you have started postering.  You can leave a comment by selecting  Add a comment  just above Comments.  Good luck and hope he is found soon.  Jan x
