e mail from owner via Bulldog rescue:   We have Ruby back , we had a call half an hour ago to say she was at an address. We got back ten minutes ago, she is safe and home,

Message from Bulldog Rescue: Ruby is a red and white spayed bitch with white markings down one side of her face and a cherry eye. She went missing from the garden of her home in Delves lane, County Durham at about 2.30pm on the afternoon of Monday 26 January 2009.   Ruby is 12 years old, not good on her legs and can’t hear too well so needs to be found quickly, despite a full scale search immediately after she went missing she hasn’t been found, it is assumed that someone has picked her up and not reported her as missing.
