Hoorah, hoorah,  Blister is back Darling little Blister has been found tonight, a little bit worse for wear but nevertheless safe and was reunited with his family tonight at 10.30pm.   He was discovered in a garden Wendy House in somebody's garden a couple of miles from home this morning. They took him indoors and looked after him and this evening spotted one of the 'missing posters' in a local petrol station and recognised him and telephoned one of the contact numbers.  Thank you, thank you, thank you.   Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

We have contacted DW, Police, Abbey House vets, Calder vets, e-mailed Radio Leeds (no answer yet). Local paper Spenborough Guardian are doing a piece on Friday. Have put posters in Heckmondwike Sports Club, Bowling club, Brighton and Junction pubs. Put posters through some letter boxes around area last night and hopefully doing the lamposts tonight. (You never know, Blister might visit one of the lamposts!!!!) Many thanks Jarvis for your help. Liz, I will try to get a poster to you for the shop. Again many thanks to all.    Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Sorry to see lovely Blister is missing.  Thanks for registering on DL and adding his details, we will do all we can to help you in your search.  Great you have uploaded a photo.  You need to poster poster poster the area as much as possible.  Posters can be printed by selecting Dog Poster 1 just above Dog Information (you must be logged in). Contact DW's, rescues, vets and leave a poster (you can find vets in the area by clicking on the logo right hand side just underneath Latest Missing photo).  Dogs can be rehomed after 7 days, try and visit rescues do not rely on phone calls alone.  Brilliant that he is CHIPPED do ensure you contact the Chip Co and his details are up to date. Can you let us on who has been contacted i.e. DW's etc and if you have started postering.  Good luck and hope he is found soon.  Jan xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
