- Email from NFDOG to say Robbie has been found - yippee. Apparently he was spotted on Rockford Common, not too far from his home, this morning, so it looks as though he was finding his way back. Owners raced over but although they got within yards of him he did not recognise them. A local lady managed to draw him in by strategic use of her dog and some tasty chicken, and got a lead on him. He is now safely back home after 18 days on the run. So pleased about this fantastic news, into the blue you will be going, gorgeous boy, stay safe now and enjoy your new life xx Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- This is in my area although I am unfortunately away currently so have not been able to join in the search for Robbie. I have been keeping up to date through the New Forest Dog Owners Group (NFDOG) whose members have been searching for the last two weeks for Robbie, who has been ranging far and wide from his home north of Ringwood, over to near the High Corner Inn, Stoney Cross and Linford. There was a bloodhound called Bling on the case and he has recently indicated a scent in the direction of Nomansland, away from the New Forest area and towards Wiltshire. Owners are constantly searching, the last sighting was some days ago now, so any support will be gratefully received I'm sure. Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- Was the last sighting near where he went missing? Printed out poster for my hubby to have in car he is often around 3 legged cross area. This is right on edge of the New forest, thank goodness he is chipped may need to contact more than one DW to cover every way.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- Spoken to Nigel & Penny, Robbie's owners today - last sighting some 4 days ago - seems Robbie was frightened away by a Hunt. Robbie is new to the UK - he's a greek rescue and has only been here 7 weeks - care needs to be taken as he will not allow an approach, he's very timid of human interaction. Posters are up in the area but more sightings are needed from the past 4 days to work out which way Robbie is heading.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
